Enable some community setting
esxcli software acceptance set --level CommunitySupported
Install
esxcli software vib install -d /vmfs/volumes/datastore1/esxcli-shell-X.X.X-Y-offline_bundle.zip
Restart daemon
/etc/init.d/hostd restart
